Colocation: Bright 25m^2 room in Brugg-Windisch close to FHNW and PSI

Hi everyone :)
I am looking for a new tenant for my 25 m^2 room in Brugg-Windisch starting from 01.07.2022. The apartment is situated 4 min walking from the Brugg-Windisch FHNW, 5 min from Brugg’s main station and approx. 25 min from PSI (5 min walk + 20 min bus). At the moment four other people live in the apartment (Sofia, Mahdi, Guo Man and Ivan), all of them being either FHNW students of PhDs at PSI. The environment is relaxed and clean. The room is equipped with a bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The rent is 650.- (serate taxes included). Renting is strictly only possible for students/Alumni and for a minimum duration of 1 year. I am available for an online tour of my room ;).
