Die Miete beträgt monatlich CHF 480 (inkl. Nebenkosten). Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl - beide in sehr gutem Zustand, praktisch neu und kaum benutzt - sowie das Bett können zusammen für eine einmalige Bezahlung von CHF 600 abgekauft werden (Preis verhandelbar).

The apartment lies in a quiet part of St. Gallen. One can reach the Marktplatz with the Bus in 5 minutes and the train station in 7. The university is easily reachable within 15 minutes. There is a Migros less than 5 minutes by foot away.
Two uncomplicated and friendly people live in the flat and would share it with you.
The monthly rent is CHF 480 (additional costs inclusive). The desk and chair - both in very good condition, basically new and barely used - and the bed can be bought for a one-time payment of CHF 600 (price negotiable).
