• Bright room (ca 23m2): furnished bedroom and living room. Afternoon/evening sun
• Kitchen (ca 7m2): Closed kitchen. Ceramic stove. Kitchen cabinets.
• Bathroom (ca 4m2): bathtub, lavabo, toilet.

The room is furnished and the kitchen is equipped.
Bed 140x200cm, furniture, couch. Wardrobe H236/B200/T60cm, bedside table, 2tables (room, kitchen), chairs, shelves, kitchenware, home/house textiles

- Corridor (ca 7m2) - For you is: own shoe cupboard and own clothes rack

The 2nd room is my study. I have 24h/7 access to my room or to the apartment. - - I live in the same block. Therefore I don't need the bathroom or the kitchen.

Price / month*:
to be paid at the latest on the 25th of the previous month:
Fr. 1'190.-
*incl. Room-Cleaning : 1 hour every 2 weeks for bathroom and kitchen , heating costs, furniture house/home textiles, kitchenware, electricity
Deposit : Fr. 1'500 - on a rental surety savings account - bank your choice
