I don't know about other Orange customers out there in Switzerland, but I am highly dissatisfied with the service, or rather lack of service, Orange offer me as SME / KMU business customer.

Sure, their price plans are ok. However, their customer service sucks big time.

Once again the Orange Online Business Portal Login does not work, because apparently I am not an Orange customer... WFT???

Then, get this, I walk into an Orange shop, am told all kinds of rubbish about an iPhone 4 costing over CHF 129 for a 24 month contract extention, only to discover it actually only costs CHF 79 when buying via the Orange online shop I can not once again currently access, because despite having today extended my contract in the Orange shop I am apparently not an Orange customer... WTF???

Orange, please wake up and realise that not all your customers are happy receiving rubbish service and being robbed in brought daylight.

I have learnt my lesson and am switching back to Swisscom.Orange really are completely incapable of treating a loyal customer, such as myself, as a customer, because according to their database I am not their customer...

On the plus side, however, this also presumably means I will not have to pay any future mobile phone bills Orange send their non-existent customer ;-)
