Hello There,I am a foreign lawyer working and living in a nice penthouse apartment only 15 minutes from Klusplatz. I am looking for a flat-share partner (friendly, clean and non-smoker like myself) from now until 1st of September, after which s/he can take over the entire apartment if desired.

The room (16sq.m) is furnished with queen-size bed, small wardrobe, desk, bookshelf, night-stand and NTSC TV on a stand (which can be used as PC or video monitor). You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and large vanity, you have your own locked storage room. You are kindly sharing the kitchen, the large furnished living/dining room and a huge terrace.

The rent of CHF 1000 includes fair use of utilities and internet. The rental deposit of CHF3300 includes first, last rent and cleaning/security deposit (400 will be used for cleaning).
