Colocation: Room in international flat

Hello/Salut/Hallo! From July 1st, we have one room available in our shared flat. We are two PhD students (Tristan, from New Zealand and Sergio, from Spain) and one masters student (Izzy, from the UK) looking for a fourth flatmate who is happy speaking English (or Spanish with Sergio, or German with Tristan/Izzy). We're also looking for someone who is friendly, calm, tidy and respectful. We each have our own schedules and are often out in the evenings or the weekends doing various sports, outdoor or social activities, but enjoy sharing the occasional meal (vegan and/or gluten-free depending on who's eating...) or some other activity together. We are all in our mid-late 20s, and are ideally looking for someone of a similar age. If you can bake or enjoy taking care of house plants that's a great bonus!!
