WG-Zimmer: Full furnished room with Bath for own use

I rent in my non-smoker apartment a Furnished room (23m2) with Bathroom for own use.
I (f) use the second room as my office/hobby-room. My main leaving-area is in my own apartment in the same house. Therefore I just need the sink in the Bathroom. Tube + WC for your own use.
I have 24/7 access to the apartment.
*Fr. 1'095.-- up to and including the 8th month
*Included: Cleaning-Service all 2 weeks 1hour (Bathroom+Kitchen) , also included extra charges (operating costs, water,heating, electricity EWZ).
