Colocation: One room still available at Pèrolles Centre

We are two students at UniFR. In our WG, one bedroom is available in July 2024. Room is spacious. The flat has another balcony at the living room. There is plenty of storage space in the flat and in the cellar. There is a washing machine inside the flat.
The location is superb. 1 minute from Migros, Denner, Gym, ATM etc. 5 minutes to Regina Mundi. 8 minutes to the train station. 10 minutes to the university campus. On the 5th floor, very quiet, ideal for students.
The room is free in July. Early moving in (e.g. in June) is possible upon negotiation with the current tenant. If interested for more pictures and a viewing, please provide a description of yourself and your planned study in Fribourg. Thank you!
