We are looking for a new flatmate to join our 3.5-room student apartment, starting from August 2024. The lease will last up to one year, due to one of us being on exchange in the fall semester 2024 and the other one being on exchange in the spring semester 2025.
About the Room and Apartment:
Room Size: 16 square meters, furnished (Bed, Table, Chair, Wardrobe).
Apartment Size: approximately 100 square meters, featuring a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Location: Bürglistrasse 3, 9000 St.Gallen. The apartment is situated near the Olma Messen St.Gallen and 10min walk to the University of St.Gallen with public transport nearby.
Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, shared washing machine and dryer.
Rent: 740 CHF per month, including utilities (electricity, water, internet).
About Us:
We are two students, Manuel and Luc, studying International Affairs and Business Administration at the University of St.Gallen. We enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere at home. We respect each other's privacy but also like to spend time together, whether it's cooking, watching movies, or doing the laundry.
