I’m subletting a 18m2 room with a private bathroom in my apartment in Leutschenbachstrasse 77 for 1'450,- CHF/month, expenses included. The rental time ends on 30.09.2024.
The flat is new, in a quiet but very well-connected area and respects the highest quality standards (washing machine and tumbler in the unit).
I’m a lively and extrovert person, I love going to the gym, spending time with Tyson (my young Rottweiler), having friends over, eating well and going out. I have my own company and I work from home most of the time. I'm looking for a like-minded person, potentially a young professional, who has no problems with dogs.
